All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards and other methods as offered through our payment processor. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and policies are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk and responsibility for the package transfer to the buyer. Mag Hitch Pro is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy page for full details. We do not offer returns on used products unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work to resolve any concerns promptly.

Mag Hitch Pro and its parent company are not responsible for any injury, property damage, or incidental losses caused by misuse or improper installation of our products. Use at your own risk. Products may contain strong magnets—keep away from electronics, pacemakers, and children.
