Processing Times

All in-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Made to order items may take up to 10 business days depending on production volume. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via USPS, depending on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days to arrive once shipped. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on your location, selected shipping method, and item weight.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please:

Double-check your mailbox, porch, and neighbors.
Wait 24 hours in case the carrier marked it delivered early.
Contact us at info@maghitchpro.com if it still hasn’t shown up.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please email us directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at info@maghitchpro.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
