We stand behind the quality and durability of every Mag Hitch Pro unit we ship. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got your back.

 

 

All Sales Are Final Once Opened or Used

 

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or installed items. If your product has been taken out of the packaging and used in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

 

 

Eligible Return Conditions

 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

 

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in original condition

 

All refund and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Required Proof

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@maghitchpro.com with the following:

 

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the original packaging

 

This helps us assess the issue and speed up the process.

 

 

Return Shipping

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If a return is approved and the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
